Cameron ISD Scholarship Foundation
Yoe High School seniors are eligible to fill out the Cameron ISD Scholarship Foundation application. The application will be available to students in January. An announcement will be made to remind the students. DUE DATE: March 19, 2019.
Callaway Scholarship
Yoe High School seniors, who have attended Yoe High at least 2 years are eligible. The application will be completed with the counselor during senior English classes and is due by March 19, 2019. REQUIREMENT: 20 hours of community service. Community Service Forms will also be available in the Counselor's Office and must be turned in with the application no later than March 19, 2019.
Terry Foundation Scholarship

Voice of Democracy Program
Since 1947, the Voice of Democracy has been the Veterans of Foreign Wars' (VFW) premier scholarship program. Each year more than 100,000 high school students compete for more than $2.5 million in scholarships and incentives. Students compete by writing and recording a broadcast script on an annual patriotic theme. This year's theme is "Is There Pride in Serving in Our Military?"

The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards
The Prudential Spirit of Community Awards honor young people in middle and high school grades for outstanding volunteer service to their communities. American Architectural Foundation

Central Texas Branch of the American Public Works Association
Students who reside in Milam County and are a high school senior with a 3.0 or higher GPA entering an accredited college. Award will be in the amount of $500/per semester for a total of $1000. See the high school counselor for application.

Walmart Dependent Scholarship Program
To be eligible applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
A) Must be a U. S. citizen or permanent legal resident of the United States
B) Must be the dependent of a Walmart associate (employee) who has been actively employed within and division of Walmart for at least six consecutive months as of April 2, 2018.
C) Must be a high school (or home school) senior graduating between August 1, 2017 and July 31, 2018 or a GED candidate earning his or her diploma between August 1, 2017 and July 31, 2018.
D) Must have a cumulative high school grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.0 on a 4-point scale (high school/home school seniors).
E) Must enroll for fall 2018 as a freshman/1st year student in a full-time program of study at a two-year or four-year college or university. Texas Student Housing Scholarship Program
A scholarship program that makes awards available to graduating seniors who are accepted to attend college in Austin, College Station, or Denton, Texas and have not signed off campus housing leases. Texas Women’s University normally does not permit first year Freshmen or Sophomore students to live off campus. The University of North Texas restricts Freshmen from living off-campus as well. The McKelvey Foundation Entrepreneurial Scholarships

American Dream Scholarship
Established in partnership with the United Negro College Fund, the American Dream Scholarship Program is open to African Americans with financial need. The First in My Family Scholarship Program, developed in partnership with the Hispanic College Fund, offers scholarships to Hispanic-American students who are the first in their family to attend college and have financial need. Unmet Need Scholarships
Open to families with a combined income of $30,000 or less, this program is intended to supplement financial aid packages that fall more than $1,000 short of students' financial need. Speak Out!Picture This! Scholarship
All high school juniors and seniors who live in the Austin American-Statesman home subscription area, wit the exception of students whose parents or guardians are full-time or part-time employees of the competition sponsors. 1st place-$3,000, 2nd place-$2,000, 3rd place-$1,500. W Price Jr. Memorial Scholarship
Each year the Texas Restaurant Association awards the W. Price Jr. Memorial Scholarship to students with a growing passion for the food service industry. The scholarship is named for W. Price Jr., the first executive director of the Texas Restaurant Association who served from 1953 until 1974. Texas Department of Transportation
The Conditional Grant Program is available to eligible students pursuing a degree in civil engineering or a department approved operational business discipline. The Conditional Grant Program will consider both Texas public and private four-year institutions. Students accepted into the program receive up to $3,000 per semester or $6,000 per academic year, based on financial need. Smith-Hutson Scholarship                                                                                                                    Dedicated to providing opportunities to students who otherwise may not have a chance to earn a baccalaureate degree, the Smith-Hutson Scholarship Program is targeted toward individuals with demonstrated financial need and academic potential. The Smith-Hutson Scholarship Program provides educational opportunities for Texas high school graduates pursuing a baccalaureate degree from Sam Houston State University. Additionally, the Smith-Hutson Scholarship program is available to transfer students from a Texas community college who are pursuing a baccalaureate degree at Sam Houston State University. Flying J Inc offers the Flying J Scholarship Program to outstanding seniors residing in or attend school in communities where Flying J Travel Plazas are located. Lone Star Ag Credit is a cooperative agricultural credit association. This group recognizes that the youth of our communities are the future leaders of America. Louisiana Tech University Music Scholarship                                                                                           If you are interested in pursuing a music degree, you must audition to be considered for scholarships and admittance into the Department of Music degree programs. The audition process is separate from being admitted to Louisiana Tech. All applicants are encouraged to apply for admission to Louisiana Tech to ensure consideration for academic scholarships. Ozarka "Every Drop Counts" Earth Science Scholarship

Slough Foundation Scholarship
High school seniors can receive up to $5000 per year for up to a total of five years or the completion of a Bachelor degree by applying for this scholarship. Paradigm Challenge Scholarship
To be eligible for the scholarship a student must:
A) Be a legal resident of one of the fifty states of the United States or the District of Columbia, or

LGMD Awareness Scholarship - $3,000- 4 Awards
A) LGMD Awareness Scholarship was designed to reward students who teach other about Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophies, often referred to as LGMDs.

Mark A. Forester Scholarship - $1,000 - 1 award
A) Any student who is currently enrolled in an accredited American university or college, or will be enrolled for the Fall/summer semester, can apply for the Mark A. Forester scholarship.

This scholarship is provided by StudentScholarships.org, who has been providing scholarship information to students and scholarship management services to companies for over 10 years.  To be eligible for the 10 words or Less Scholarship a student must be between the ages of 14-25 who will be attending school in the Fall of 2016, and submit an answer to the question on studentscholarships.org Facebook page.  Applications can be found by going to:  http://www.studentscholarships.org/easy.php

Bank of America Abilities Scholarship Program
